The Upper Ottawa Valley Ski Zone (UOVSZ) is the governing body for alpine ski racing in the Upper Ottawa Valley. The UOVSZ's mission is to provide leadership and direction to the local alpine ski racing community through quality membership services, guided direction and the encouragement of individuals to participate in alpine skiing from the grass-roots to the elite level.

UOVSZ Member Clubs
UOVSZ currently comprises two member clubs that are supporting partners on this application:

Petawawa Ski and Snowboard Club
    (operating out of Mount Molson in the Town of Petawawa)

Mount Martin Ski Club
    (at the Community Skiways Incorporated facilities in Deep River)

These clubs offer ski and snowboard lessons, skill development clinics and recreational experience to people of all ages, but especially children and youth. The mandate of these clubs is to offer alpine experiences that are affordable, enriching and accessible to the people of Renfrew County.

UOVSZ is a member club in good standing of Alpine Ontario, the provincial sport organization for alpine skiing in the Province of Ontario.
